Government will save people from Corona pandemic but kill by hunger and starvation, Allama Baqir Zaidi

Shiite News: Secretary General of Majlis-e-Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan Sindh Province Allama Baqir Abbas Zaidi has said that Sindh government has completely failed to control administrative matters, indifference of the rulers is driving the people of Sindh away from PPP. If the Sindh government does not change its attitude, the political future of the ruling party will be ruined.

He further said that the lifestyle of the common man in Sindh province was deteriorating, all sectors including health, education, employment and law enforcement agencies were declining rapidly, adding that rising inflation had added fuel to the fire. It seems that the government has no interest in the plight of the people. He said that lockdown was a nightmare for the working class while it was a golden opportunity for the administration to loot, extortion was being levied from the shopkeepers and the poor people were being crushed in the mill of oppression from all sides

He reiterated that the government would save the people from starvation and famine by saving them from the Corona pandemic. The government should provide relief to the small shopkeepers whose businesses are being affected. The inflation rate in the country has risen to 200 percent. It is fair to ask how billions of rupees were spent on Corona relief. He said that instead of forcibly closing bazaars and shops, SOPs should be strictly enforced so that the business community could continue to work. Due to the closure of educational institutions, the educational process of students has been paralyzed. If immediate action is not taken, the educational future of the children will be at stake.
