Sit in for end to enforced disappearance of innocent Shia Muslims begins in Karachi today (Friday).

The families of the victims of enforced disappearance marched from Mehfil-e-Shah-e-Khorasan.

Passing through inside road, they reached the venue of sit-in in front of mausoleum of founder of Pakistan Mohammad Ali Jinnah.

Children, wives and mothers of the victims are sitting there to register their protest against enforced disappearance.

Unfortunately, neither the state authorities nor the rights organizations bothered to lend ears to legitimate demands of these protesters.

They have been vainly protesting since long.

Meanwhile, protest movement for Shia victims of enforced disappearance launched across Pakistan today (Friday).

The joint action committee for Shia Missing Persons have launched the new phase of their protest movement.

According to reports, demos and rallies held across the country after Friday prayers.
