False case against 12 lawyers uncover nexus between banned outfit and Khairpur administration

Nexus between a banned terrorist outfit and Khairpur district administration was uncovered as a fake case was registered against 12 lawyers so that they cannot fight legal battle to defend their Shia clients.
“An FIR No.110/2012 with false accusations has been registered with P.S. A section to harass the lawyers, ” said one of the defendants arguing that all that was done in collusion with the district administration of Khairpur.

Lawyers namely Jaffar Ali Shah, Moazzam Ali Baloch, Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Imdad Ali Khamesani, Aijaz Ali Chandio, Jalaluddin Chandio, Rafat Ali Panhwar, Allah Dino Phulpoto, Mir Israr Talpur Ali Jagirani and two other lawyers were booked in false case.

These lawyers were fighting legal battle of Shia Muslims in Khairpur and Sukkur. They have vowed that they would continue legal fight against the terrorists and they will not move an inch back.

Shia organizations have condemned the negative tactics being adopted by the administration. They said that it is totally an unfair and unjust approach. They demanded withdrawal of false case and they also urged there must be no such move in future.
