Shia Ulma Council asks govt to meet their 16 legitimate demands forthwith; lest, they will announce future course of action after October 18, 2020.
The SUC North Punjab chapter president Allama Syed Sibtain Sabzwari said this, while addressing a press conference in Rawalpindi.

He lamented that outlawed Sipah Sahaba ASWJ terrorists were enjoying freedom due to inaction of the government.
He said lack of legal action against aforesaid terrorists put credibility of state institutions at stake.
Allama Sibtain Sabzwari condemned those who violated Constitutional rights of Shia Muslim citizens of Pakistan.
He said azadari (mourning for Martyrs of Karbala) is Constitutional right of Shia Muslims but police registered hundreds of cases over mourning (azadari). He called it unacceptable.

The SUC leader also slammed provocative rallies which hatemongering thugs staged across Pakistan.
He said pro-tyranny slogans of remnants of Umayyad despotism unmasked the real face of those fanatics.
He said Shia Muslims also rejected Zaireen Policy of the government regarding the p[pilgrimage of holy shrines in Iran, Iraq and Syria.
