Al-Qaeda threatened Israel and the UAE with suicide operations

Al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula issued a statement regarding the UAE’s cooperation with Israel in building military bases and intelligence facilities in Yemeni island of Socotra.

According to al-Mayadeen website, Al-Qaeda threatened Israel and the UAE with suicide operations if they come to Socotra island.

“We say to the Jews and their Emirati agents, if you come to Socotra, you will be within our range of fire,” al-Qaeda said in a statement.

The statement published by the “siteintelgroup” website and published by the British journalist Elisabeth Kendall on her Twitter account.

According to the statement, terrorist called on the Yemenis to confront this plan, and vowed to take revenge on the UAE and Israel, accusing the Southern Transitional Council (STC) of working in the interest of the Emirates in Socotra.
