Shia leaders demand action against patrons of Shia genocide perpetrators within the state security agencies and institutions.

They made this demand, while addressing a joint press conference in Karachi on Monday.

Specially, they presented the case of Shia Muslims of Pakistan and warned that nobody should impose their sectarian interpretation over followers of Shia Islam.

Those Shia Islamic parties’ leaders who addressed press conference included: Allama Baqir Zaidi, Allama Aqeel Sadiqi, Allama Nisar Qalandari, Allama Mubashir, Syed Shamsul Hassan and others.

They belong to the MWM, Majlis Zakireen-e-Imamia, ISO and Imamia Organisation.

They said that a banned terror outfit had hatched the conspiracy to incite people for intra-Muslim Sunni riots against Shia Muslims.

Also, they held such black sheep or fifth column responsible for prevailing sectarianism and religious intolerance and hatred in Pakistan.

Furthermore, they said such fanatics of banned terror outfit had spread threatening hate messages ahead of Ashura and also on Ashura.

Shia leader said that outlawed terrorist outfit had spread and shared the messages on social media in praise and support of Yazid who ordered assassination of Imam Hussain-led Martyrs of Karbala.

They said that Shia Islamic jurisprudents in Iran and Iraq have issued religious decrees and public declarations for respect of wives of Holy Prophet (PBUH) or mother of faithful and loyal companions of God’s Prophet Mohammad (PBUH).

Hence, Shia Muslims in Pakistan act upon those clear decrees but some elements are trying to impose their controversial definition of sanctities to make some people sacred.

They said that Shia Muslims believe in peace and rule of Constitutional law. Under that vision, Shia Muslims don’t create controversies. They cited article 227 of the Constitution of Pakistan and said Shia Muslims practice Islam as per their jurisprudential interpretation.

Under Shia Islamic creed, Shia Muslims have unwavering faith in infallible leadership of Hazrat Mohammad (PBUH) as God’s last and final Prophet and of Imam Ali to Imam Mahdi as 12 Imams.

They said they take out Ashura mourning processions in commemoration of Imam Hussain-led Martyrs of Karbala. They said that Shia Muslims mourn and offer prayers and also pray supplications or duas.

During those prays, they salute Imam Hussain and other martyrs of Karbala and curse their assassins and those who ordered their massacre.

So, they turned down imposition of non-Shia interpretation and beliefs upon Shia Muslims.

Furthermore, they said that some black sheep within the state security agencies and institutions are patronizing ringleaders of those banned terror outfits who remained involved in genocide against Shia Muslims.

Also, they held such black sheep or fifth column responsible for prevailing sectarianism and religious intolerance and hatred in Pakistan.

Shia leaders demanded dismissal and stern action against patrons of the ringleaders of outlawed terrorist outfits and perpetrators of Shia genocide within the state institutions.

Shia leader also linked the internal crisis in Pakistan with global and regional geopolitical situation in which U.S-led bloc and allies are aligned on one hand and China, Russia, Iran on the other.

Therefore, aforesaid perpetrators of Shia genocide in Pakistan work in tandem with the U.S-led bloc together with Israel and India to derail Pakistan from vision of founding fathers.

Shia Islamic leaders said that some Arab regimes also join U.S.-led pro-Israeli plot and these terrorists who perpetrated Shia genocide, are now trying to act upon of-repeated sectarianism plot in the country.
