Anti Terrorism Court awards Daesh terrorist over 13 year imprisonment for collecting funds for the notorious takfiri terror group ISIS in Karachi.

The ATC Karachi also imposed Rs70,000 fine on the convict Zain Shahid, besides 13 year and six-month imprisonment.

As per media reports, police last arrested him on June 18, 2020 from Annu Bhai Park.

However, his accomplice had managed to flee.

In 2015, Zain Shahid and Bilal Rind had tried to join Daesh in Syria via Turkey but Iranian police arrested them near Iran-Turkey border.

Iran had deported them and handed over them to FIA in 2015. It remains unclear when they came out from FIA custody.
