ISO Pakistan observing Martyrs Week in commemoration of Martyrs across the country.

Imamia Students Organisation (ISO) central general secretary Ali Owais said this in an interview.

He further said that two Imamia Students embraced martyrdom in targeted attack upon them in Engineering University Lahore on May 2, 1986.

The first week revives memories of those two martyrs Tanseer Haider and Raja Iqbal; hence, ISO observes Martyrs Week from May 1 to 7.

Under the weeklong programmes, the Imamia Students Organisation pay tributes to the great martyrs.

They visit their graves to recite Surah Fateha and prays.

Notably, they also shower graves of the martyrs with rose petals.

Meanwhile, ISO is also observing online lectures on Quranic teachings during Ramazan.
