Allama Raja Nasir condemns Dr Zafar Mirza and Kh Asif over false propaganda regarding Zaireen (pilgrims).

Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen (MWM) Pakistan secretary general Allama Raja Nasir Abbas Jafari rejected malicious propaganda against Zaireen.

He held special assistant to the Prime Minister on Health Dr Zafar Mirza responsible for disseminating incorrect and incomplete reports.

He said PMLN leader Khawaja Asif too was maligning Zaireen while quoting Dr Zafar Mirza’s statements.

MWM leader accused them of spreading sectarian hatred through false propaganda.

Furthermore, he reminded Dr Mirza and Kh Asif that the federal government had taken Zaireen into custody on their entry from Taftan border crossing.

The government kept them for two weeks at Taftan in the name of quarantine but provided no facility to them there.

However, after two weeks, the federal government had not allowed Zaireen to return homes but they transferred them to the quarantine centres at provinces.

Allama Raja Nasir noted that provincial governments too kept Zaireen at their quarantine centres for more than two weeks.

On the basis of these facts, MWM leader asked how these Zaireen could be blamed for spread of Coronavirus who had not returned to their homes.

He said that MWM would support, assist and cooperate with those Zaireen if they wage legal battle against unfair and unjustifiable blame game, their media trial, malicious campaign against them.
