Two Tableeghi Jamaat men and third returned from Saudia died of Coronavirus in Karachi in one day.
Sindh government’s health and population welfare department confirmed three deaths due to Coronavirus.
It conformed 63-year-old resident of Karachi died of COVID-19.
The patient having a history of ARDS had returned from Saudi Arabia 10 days ago.
Two Tableeghi Jamaat men
But it seems he escaped quarantine and finally diagnosed with the deadly virus two days prior to death.
Earlier, the Health and Population Welfare department confirmed deaths of 66-year-old and 52-year-old due to COVID-19.
However, it said that they had acquired COVID-19 through contact at Raiwind Tableeghi Ijtima.
Meanwhile, other sources said that one of them had attended Raiwind Tableeghi ijtima while a son of the other one had attended the Deobandi preaching congregation at Raiwind.
The son spread Coronavirus which claimed his father’s life.
In all, Sindh government has confirmed 6 deaths due to Coronavirus in the province.
Woman died of Coronavirus
Earlier, a woman died of Coronavirus on return from Saudi Arabia.
Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar confirmed death of the woman of Rahim Yar Khan due to COVID-19.
She had returned to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia.
The first Pakistani who had died of Coronavirus had also returned from Saudi Arabia.
He also had gone to Saudi Arabia on Umrah pilgrimage.
Since the Pakistan government had not quarantined him hence he returned Mardan and hosted reception.
Dozens of people attended the reception.
The second Pakistani who died of Coronavirus had returned from Dubai. He belonged to Hangu district.
Deobandi Tableeghi Jamaat senior member also died of Coronavirus in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Major Ilyas (retd) belonged to Deobandi Tableeghi Jamaat for a long time. He hailed from Abbottabad.
People largely attended the funeral prayers, procession and burial rituals in Kahyal graveyard near his house.
Since he died of Coronavirus, experts alert that the participants of the funeral rituals might also have suffered from the pandemic.
The attendees reportedly had not observed precautionary measures there.
