Over 5,300 Coronavirus patients recovered in Iran

Iran’s Health Ministry Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour said that 5,389 people have recovered in total from the Coronavirus.

In a press conference that was held in the Health Ministry, Kianoush Jahanpour confirmed that 1178 new cases of the Coronavirus infection have been diagnosed during the past 24 hours, and the total number of people diagnosed with the Coronavirus in the country, has reached 16169 people.

“135 more people died because of the novel Coronavirus,” he added.

Given the latest figures of Iran’s Health Ministry, 988 people died because of the COVID-19 disease, since the outbreak of the virus.
