Intelligentsia slams Pakistan government neutrality on Qassem Soleimani’s assassination in US illegal airstrike in Baghdad.

Former ambassador, military general, politicians of mainstreatm parties and Islamic scholars unaimously declared this policy deleterious.

They told the PTI-led government of Pakistan that they have weakened Kashmir Cause by so doing.

Intelligentsia slams Pakistan government

They expressed these views while addressing condolence reference in Lahore. Tehreek-e-Wahdat-e-Islami organised the event to pay tribites to Iran IRGC Quds Force Lt Gen Qassem Soleimani.

Ex-ambassador of Pakistan to US Begum Abida Hussain, General Ghulam Mustafa (retd), Malik Pervaiz Akbar Saqi, Brig Ghazanfar (retd), Allama Qazi Niaz and Allama Iftikhar Naqvi  spoke.

Furthermore, MPA Jaleel Shaqrpuri, PMLN’s Rana Arshad, PPP’s Naveed Chaduhry, senior journalist Rauf Tahir, Ali Raza Gilani Chan Pir and many others spoke.

They called for unity of Muslims against common enemies. They said Islamic teachings urge Muslims to support right.

Under that Islamic teachings, people of Pakistan praise great martyr of Islam Qassem Soleimani.

The participants also included custodians of shrines. The event marked unity of Pakistani as a nation. Religious and not so religious intelligentsia members unnimously praised Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandis.

Soleimani moment in Pakistan

Pakistani nation revere Haj Qassem Soleimani and Abu Mahdi Mohandas due to their leading role in humiliating defeat of enemies of Muslims/Arabs.

It seems Soleimani moment prevails across Pakistan despite passage of almost three weeks since his martyrdom.

Vigils, rallies, congregations in commemoration of Iran IRGC Quds Force and Iraqi Hashd al Shaabi commanders continue.

This remains manifestation of what Pakistanis feel. It also reflects how how they see these martyrdoms.

Let alone Shia Muslims, Sunnis have come forward to own the martyrs of US illegal airstrikes as Martyrs of the entire Islamic Ummah.

But government has disappointed the nation. The ruling elites toe US0-led Saudi-UAE line.
