Allama Shaheedi and Qazi Niaz slam govt for mortgaging sovereignty of Pakistan to KSA and UAE.

In their separate statements, they reacted to PTI government’s bowing to Saudi and UAE pressure.

Specially, Allama Amin Shaheedi lamented that the PTI government mortgaged Pakistan sovereignty and independence for loans.

Ummat-e-Wahida Pakistan leader tweeted his reaction in which criticised Prime Minister Imran Khan’s cancelling Malaysia visit.

He further said that Pakistan had not attended Kuala Lumpur Summit to please US and Saudi regimes.

He said that it seems that PTI government would emulate Saudi and UAE policies as Pakistan’s foreign policy.

Menwhile, another senior Shia Islamic scholar Allama Qazi Niaz urged the Prime Minister to refrain from selling out Pakistan’s freedom and sovereignty.

However, both Shia scholars reminded the PTI government and Prime Minister that they were deviating from their own stated policy.

Moreover, they referred to the PM Khan’s speeches in the past and said boycott of Kuala Lumpur summit showed deviance from past stance.
