President and Prime Minister pledge to root out terrorism and extremism from the country.

Specially, President Dr Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan made this pledge in their messages on the 5th anniversary of APS tragedy.

They vowed to eliminate terrorism and extremism in all its manifestationsm, while paying glowing tributes to the martyrs.

For President Alvi it remains hard to commemorate this day without tears in one’s eyes.

Furthermore, he said the nation cannot forget the massacre of little children and teachers of APS.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister affirmed not to allow the militant mindset to take over the country.

He pledged not to allow the militants to make the nation hostage to its bigoted vision.

Moreover, he cited that the blood of the innocent children united the entire nation.

The APS schoolchildren blood united nation against all forms of extremism, terrorism, violence and hatred.

However, he said we also laud the sacrifices of our armed forces, police and law enforcing agencies in the fight against terrorism.
