Allama Syed Sajid Ali Naqvi, Chief of Shia Ulema Council, has said that he was waiting for the government to take action against the notorious Yazidi takfiri nasbi terrorists of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi.

“I am waiting that they launch operation or ask us to eliminate the takfiri terrorists,” he said talking to reporters in Tando Allah Yar. Banned LeJ is a subsidiary of outlawed Sipah-e-Sahaba that renamed as ASWJ but that renamed group too has been proscribed.

He said that Pakistan was pushed to present critical juncture due to lack of rule of law. He said that Constitution was violated and had Constitution not been violated, Pakistan would have averted crisis.

“We have strengthened Shia-Sunni unity to the extent that enemies will not succeed like other Muslim countries in Pakistan. Milli Yakjethi Council is now playing its role to defuse present tense political environment,” he said.
