Allama Qazi Niaz responds to US threats: Pakistan is not Syria or Afghanistan

Allama Qazi Niaz Hussain Naqvi, vice president of Milli Yakjehti Council and an eminent Shia cleric, has condemned the United States administration over threats and blackmailing Pakistan in its news strategy regarding Afghanistan and South Asia. 

“Pakistan is not Afghanistan, Syria, or Yemen that US can do what it is doing in these countries,” he said in his Friday prayers sermon in Ali Masjid Jamiatul Muntazir in Lahore.
He endorsed the statement of Senate Chairman Raza Rabbani saying that Pakistan would be graveyard of invading soldiers if the United States imposed war and aggression on Pakistan.
He said that terrorists were being defeated in Tal Afar, Iraq, and that is a good news and that would be helpful for the global peace. He said that Muslims respects their religious scholars in Iraq and Iran. He said that reelection of Hassan Rouhani, a religious scholar, as Iranian President was a proof that people trust religious scholars.
